Handmade since 1995
In 1995, Chef Paul and Nenita Pellegrino bought a catering business, All Occasion Catering, and with it came a recipe for a lovely, simple flatbread cracker. For 25 years, Nita Crisp Crackers have been handmade in small batches for not only their catering use, but also for natural grocers, specialty food stores, wineries, restaurants, and customers from coast to coast.
